6.2 Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. If prize details change, the Website will be updated promptly.
6.3 The Promoter makes no warranties about the Prize, including its value, condition, or the accuracy of information on the Website.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a cash prize (“Cash Prize”) if:

6.5 The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
6.6 Where the prize is a property:
Entrants are responsible for their own due diligence regarding the Prize, including eligibility to enter or live in the country where the Prize is located. All associated costs are the Entrant’s responsibility.
The winner must enter into a legally binding contract to transfer ownership of the Prize. Refusal to sign or inability to enter into the necessary documents will result in disqualification, and the Prize will be forfeited. The Promoter may then offer the Prize to another eligible Entrant.
Transfer of ownership may take time, but the Promoter will aim to complete it as soon as reasonably possible.
6.7 Where the prize is a holiday:
The holiday is for [NUMBER OF PEOPLE] to travel by [CLASS OF TRANSPORT AND TYPE OF CARRIER] to [TRAVEL DESTINATION] for [NUMBER OF NIGHTS] between [DATE] and [DATE] (excluding [DATES]). The prize excludes travel insurance, transfers, food, drink, spending money, tax, and personal expenses. All other costs are the responsibility of the winner(s).
The winner and any companions must be available to travel on the specified dates and hold valid passports, visas, and travel documents. Travel dates cannot be changed once confirmed.

(a) The Promoter will ensure it has a valid MOT (if required);
(b) Insurance is not included, and the winner must insure the vehicle before using it on public roads;

(d) Road tax is not included;
(e) The winner must ensure they have the necessary licences and safety equipment and operate the vehicle safely and legally.
7. Winners
7.1 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.2 The Promoter will contact the winner as soon as possible after the Draw Date using the details provided. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to another eligible Entrant.
7.3 Publication of Winners
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that demonstrates a valid prize award has taken place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will either publish the surname and county of major prize winners on the Website or provide this information to anyone who writes to the address specified in clause 1, enclosing a self-addressed envelope, within one month after the competition’s Closing Date.
7.4 Objection to Publication
If you object to the publication or availability of your surname, county, or winning entry, please notify the Promoter via email at vanquishcompetitions@gmail.com before the Closing Date. In such cases, the Promoter is still required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
8. Claiming the Prize
8.1 You must personally claim the Prize. The Prize cannot be claimed by a third party on your behalf. Details regarding the delivery or collection of the Prize will be available on the Website.
8.2 If your personal details, including contact information, change at any time, you should inform the Promoter as soon as reasonably possible. Notifications should be sent via email to vanquishcompetitions@gmail.com and must include details of the competition entered, your previous details, and your updated information. If your details change within 10 days of the Closing Date, the Promoter will use your previous details for any contact attempts.
8.3 Any Cash Prize will be transferred directly to the winner’s nominated bank account. The winner must provide evidence that they are the sole or joint account holder. Failure to do so within 14 days will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from correct entries received before the Closing Date.
8.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility and is not liable for any compensation if you are unable or choose not to take up the prize.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not be liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where such liability arises from the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, distributors, or employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
10. Data Protection and Publicity
10.1 By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by the Promoter, its agents, or suppliers solely for the purposes of administering the competition, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available on the Website.
10.2 If you are the winner, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image, and town or county of residence to announce the competition winner. You also agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.
10.3 If you do not wish to participate in any publicity, you must notify the Promoter before the Closing Date. This will not affect your chance of winning. However, the Promoter may still be required to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority to comply with legal requirements, ensuring the competition was properly administered and the Prize awarded.
10.4 If you win, you may be required to provide further personal information and proof of identity to confirm eligibility and facilitate the transfer of the Prize. You consent to your information being used in this manner. You may request details of how your personal information is being used or withdraw your consent, but doing so may prevent the transfer of the Prize, resulting in forfeiture. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund of your entry fee. The Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant.
10.5 Under data protection laws, you are entitled to request that the Promoter does not contact you or that your details be removed from their database. However, doing so will result in your withdrawal from the competition as it will not be possible to contact you if you win. No refund of entry fees will be provided. If you do not wish for your personal details to be used for promotional purposes, please email vanquishcompetition@gmail.com before the Closing Date.
